The Titan Universal Bed Mount provides a secure and versatile way to install your Titan Gun Safe to a wood or metal bed frame railing. It can also be used for in-vehicle installations, allowing the safe to be mounted upright or on its side for flexible placement and fast access. The 16-direction mounting configuration offers maximum adaptability for your specific installation needs.

Once locked, safe cannot be removed from the bracket.
Installation Flexibility
The Universal Bed Mount can be configured in 16 different mounting directions for maximum adaptability to your installation location.
- Select your desired orientation (upright, on side, angle, etc.)
- Insert the lock arm into the slot
- Rotate 90° to secure the safe to the mounting bracket
Once the safe lid is closed and locked, it cannot be removed from the bracket. Always verify proper installation before use.
Installation Types
Bed Frame Installation
- Position the clamp facing the mattress as shown in the product diagrams
- Drill Ø 3/16" pilot holes
- Use #10-24 × 1/2" sheet metal self-tapping screws
- Lightly lubricate screws before installation
- Hand-tighten only — do NOT use power screwdrivers
- Trim excess hardware before repositioning the bed
- Steel rivets may also be used for additional reinforcement
In-Vehicle Installation
The Universal Bed Mount can be used inside vehicles for secure upright or side-mounted installation. Always fasten to a solid structural surface (seat frame, vehicle frame, or other permanent structure).
Wall Installation
- Use a stud locator to identify wall studs
- Secure mounting brackets directly into the stud at structural intersections
- Use at least four (4) mounting holes for maximum holding strength
- Screw anchors may be used where appropriate
Floor Installation
Included fastening options for floor mounting:
- Carriage bolts
- Lag screws
- Sheet metal screws (where applicable)
Security Features
- Patented lock arm mechanism prevents removal of safe from mounting bracket once locked
- 16-direction mounting ensures secure positioning in any orientation
- Once the vault lid is closed and locked, safe is physically secured to the mount
- ⚠️ Always fasten the mount to a permanent structural object — bed frame, vehicle frame, wall studs, or floor joists to prevent theft
